Each player has different values for form and position proficiency when you start a team. The same is true for when you buy a free agent or receive a new youth player.

So not every player starts with 100% form because of that. Ok. And, is there a way to improve it? Training stamina?

None of the attributes affect form - just player talks and league/friendly/cup results.

Ok. Sorry guys if I asked you all these things. It's because I was confused by some other management games were Form was a little different.

Now Samantha has 100% form (and Pearl has raised to 90%).
So....they started wth 55 and now they are 100/90............................... :roll:
