increase form

Postby Deniz87 » Sun Aug 23, 2015 9:34 am

I noticed that if I talk two times with a player on the same day...the second time is likely to decrease their form because make them confused. But it could happen also if you talk to them one time in a day. For example I said "Come on. I know you can do better." and the form of the player I talked to decreased.
So I'd like to ask:
1) I read on the guide "If a player is at less than 50% form, a stern word will spark them up. If a player is over 75% form, encouragement will help them improve." So what is a stern word? "Come on. I know you can do better." and "You should stick with your favourite position."?

2) If a player has 60-70% form what is the right way to talk to them?

3) This is a stupid question but...how do I make bonding sessions?

1) Use "Good job, *name*. Keep it up!" when above 75%. Under 50% use "Come on. I know you can do better.". In between the two nothing works. Don't ever talk more than once. All the other options are to do with changing the favorite position of a player.

2) Don't talk to them.

3)Go to the lineups page on the menu bar on the left of the page. Then select team events under your main squad. This takes you to a page that lists the events you can purchase. Some can only be used at certain times in the season or certain conditions, some anytime but they can all only be used once a season so use them sparingly.

Form goes up or down when you play a match. I believe that this also affects the form of those not playing in the match too, so they could also go down in form.

That is just so you can set up different teams to play different matches. If you go to the strategy page you can select which squad plays which match.

Right. Form goes up for the whole team when you win games, down for the whole team when you lose games.

More than one talk per matchday (for any given player) will decrease form. Only ever do one talk per player per day. "Keep it up" if at 75%+ or "Come on" if under 50%. If a player is between 50% and 75% form, say nothing.

Also, form is not that important right now because your team is new and they'll probably win or lose by large margins. Form is good for making the small difference in the higher leagues.
Definitely don't spend 500 G on form-boosting events, or 1000G on the end of season event. That 2,500G per season could be a great player or a large stadium expansion.

Ok guys.
But my team is only winning so far and the form of two players has decreased anyway. Is there a little bit of random or does it depend to the single performance of the player?
