Nations Cup - Season 36

All national teams existant on Matchday 4 will participate in this national team competition. The host country will be England.

There will be 3 groups with 7 teams each. 6 group stage matches will be played until every nation has played their fellow group members once.

The best 5 teams of each group qualify for a seeded single elimination bracket. The 16th team will consist of an all-star team of the best players from the 6 eliminated teams. The All-Stars will hold at least one player from each eliminated nation. The seventh player will be the best player among these 6 countries.

The pools for the group draw have been defined:

1: ENG,SCO,WAL,IRL,NIR
2: ESP,FRA,GER,ITA,MEX,USA
3: ARG,AUS,BRA,CAN,NZL,HUN
4: EGY,JPN,POL,POR

K.O. round bracket mode:

Round of 16
One 1st placed team is drawn randomly against the best 6th placed team. The other 1st placed teams are drawn against 5th placed teams.
The remaining 5th placed team is drawn against one 2nd placed team... Then the other 2nd placed teams are drawn against two 4th placed teams and so on.

I'll have to clarify that Scotland and Ireland as well as USA and Italy were sorted into A and B respectively by luck and not by order.

Ok so I rank Group B as the hardest group (So called group of death) Group A is only marginally easier whilst Group C is well a bit of a laugh!

I have not been this excited though since the first season we got youth recruits. This is going to be great.

Yes, B is really tough except for newbie Japan.
As for C, Mexico and Hungary don't even have a real keeper. Wales and Germany will be fighting for first place.
